Hamann has recently released a new upgrade package for the third generation of the BMW X5.
The new BMW X5 has received an upgrade package signed by Hamann which is adding the redesigned front bumper, incorporating the fog lights and the LED daytime running lights, a front lip made from fiberglass, different side skirts, a two-piece roof mounted spoiler, several color choices for the multitude of alloy wheels and much more. The vehicle can also be had with a chrome or carbon quad exhaust system. The interior design is adding the aluminum pedals and foot rest, custom floor mats and some other tweaks.
A remapped ECU is bringing the output of the sDrive25d and the xDrive25d to 251 HP and 502 Nm of torque, from the previous 218 HP and 450 Nm of torque, while in the xDrive30d the power now stands at 295 HP and 605 Nm compared to the standard 258 HP and 560 Nm of torque. The xDrive35 is bringing 348 HP and 449 Nm of torque, increased from the 306 HP and 400 Nm of torque, the xDrive40d can produce 355 HP and 695 Nm of torque from the previous 313 HP and 630 Nm of torque, the xDrive50i is generating 490 HP and 707 Nm of torque, more than the standard 450 HP and 650 Nm of torque and the M50d has 434 HP and 830 Nm of torque, compared to 381 HP and 740 Nm of torque.
