A brand new Chevrolet Corvette Stingray has been involved in yet another crash which seems to have transformed it into a pile of metal, plastic and rubber and will probably end up in the crusher.
Exotic cars combined with the lack of driving experience or with a simple dose of bad luck will assure you a place in the “car crash” section almost always but while we are used to providing some background on incidents presented, we actually have no info on how this crash occurred, if the driver and possible passenger walked away and we don’t even know where and how this new Corvette generation was ruined, so if you know more than we do, please feel free to share.
The 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray has been officially presented to the public just earlier this year and the model has been brought to several automotive events, across the globe, ever since. The popular sports car is powered by a 6.2 liter V8 engine which is producing a total output of 450 HP and 450 lb-ft of torque. The unit is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission, or to a 7-speed manual, which is sending power to the rear-wheel drive. The 0 to 100 km/h sprint takes less than 4 seconds.
