Hyundai has released yet another teaser with the 2016 Tucson / ix35, as the model in question will be officially presented to the public on the 3rd of March, during the 2015 Geneva Motor Show.
One of the most popular vehicles ever to be developed by Hyundai, the Tucson, or the ix35 as it is known is some markets, is getting ready to receive a new generation but until that will happen, at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, the car manufacturer is currently placing it into the spotlights by releasing teasers with it.
The newest teaser image is showing us the compact crossover with a large wrap over its body, revealing the front left wheel, part of the front bumper with the new LED daytime running lights which seem to have been integrated into the fog lights, part of the headlight and the front fender. The roofline appears to have been lowered which will be giving the model a sportier stance.
Some of the design of the brand new 2016 Hyundai Tucson / ix35 will be borrowed from its larger brother, the Santa Fe, and it should be significantly different than the one already available. Rumor has it that the petrol and diesel engine lineup will be ranging between 116 HP (86 kW) and 184 HP (137 kW). A fuel cell version is also planned but this might make its way onto the market later on. More details on the model are limited for the moment and will be announced at the Swiss automotive event.
