The new generation of the Mazda6 has been officially launched in Malaysia, where the model can now be ordered from RM159,455.50 for the sedan, on the road with insurance.
According to the Japanese based automaker, the new generation of the Mazda6 has been launched in Malaysia in two body styles, Sedan and Touring, where the first one can be yours from RM159,455.50 while the other is priced at RM193,832.40, on the road with insurance. Standard goodies found on the new Mazda6 generation include the six airbags, push start, rain-sensing wipers, automatic climate control, leather seats, cruise control, TFT touch-screen, MP3, AUX, USB, Bluetooth, rearview camera, sensors, start/stop, DSC, DRL and more.
The 2.5 sedan, which is the mid-range version, priced from RM189,728.40, and equipped with a 2.5L 185 HP and 250 Nm of torque engine, is adding auto-leveling bi-xenon headlights, regenerative braking, keyless entry, i-Activsense tech, paddle shifter, TomTom sat-nav, roof spoiler and more. The cheapest version of the new Mazda6 is powered by a 2.0 liter SkyActiv-G petrol engine, which is good for 153 HP at 6,000 rpm and 200 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm. Five colors are available for the new Mazda6 in Malaysia, the Soul Red, Meteor Grey, Aluminum Metallic, Snowflake White Peark and Blue Reflex.
