Mazda has recently announced a styling package for the new generation of the Mazda6, which will be unveiled in Tokyo, next month.
According to the Japanese based automaker, the new generation of the Mazda6 is receiving a styling package in its home market, and the update for the model will make its public debut during the 2013 Tokyo Auto Salon. Even if the new styling package for the 2013 Mazda6 has been announced to make its debut in Tokyo next month, the car manufacturer didn’t offer any details on it for the moment.
As a quick reminder, the new Mazda6 generation has been inspired by the Takeri Concept and it’s getting the Kodo design language. The model is coming with a choice of two petrol engines in Russia, the SkyActiv-G 2.0 liter with 148 HP (150 PS / 110 kW) and 210 Nm of torque (155 lb-ft), along with the larger SkyActiv-G with 2.5 liter, developing a total output of 189 HP (192 PS / 141 kW) and 256 Nm of torque (189 lb-ft). The 2013 Mazda6 has a Kodo design language, a signature wing grille and LED infused headlights.
