The Romanian division of Mitsubishi has recently launched the new generation of the Outlander in the country where the model is already available for its future customers.
After being officially presented to the public not too long ago and then going on sale in Japan just last month, the new generation of the Mitsubishi Outlander has finally arrived in Romania too, where the SUV has been launched in the presence of Mitsubishi Motors Europe’s president and CEO, Tomohisa Nishina. The new generation of the Outlander is coming with a new design which should offer it a steady look over the following years.
The 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander is available in Romania with a choice of two engines and a new all-wheel drive system. The starting price of the model has been set at 22,308 euros, VAT included, but if you’re aiming for the diesel, you should know that the cheapest version can be bought from 28,508 euros, VAT included. The engines can be mated to both manual and automatic transmissions and for the MIVEC automatic you will have to pay 29,748 euros, VAT included, while the diesel automatic will set you back for 33,344 euros. Mitsubishi says that except for the 2.0 MIVEC with 150 HP, all Outlander versions are being offered in standard with AWD.
