New-gen Smart ForTwo and ForFour teased

Smart has released a new teaser image with the 2015 ForTwo and 2015 ForFour, which will be officially presented to the public during the 2014 Paris Motor Show.

The new generation of the Smart ForTwo is probably the most awaited vehicle to come from this carmaker and despite the model not leaking until now, we have a pretty good idea on what it will be like and it will feel like, on the road, considering the fact that it has been spied a few times and that it is sharing the same platform and components with the new generation of the Renault Twingo, which has been officially unveiled this spring, during the 2014 Geneva Motor Show.

The Mercedes developed vehicle has a common architecture with the new Twingo and it will eventually sport the new ForFour. The model has the same rear engine and rear-wheel drive layout. 70 percent of the components of the new-gen Smart ForTwo will be shared with the new Twingo, but the ForTwo will get a fresh design, with a hexagonal grille and boxy lights. More details on the new generation of the Smart ForTwo are limited for the moment but they will be announced this October, during the 2014 Paris Motor Show, when the model will be unveiled.
