The upcoming Honda NSX is apparently sold out in the United Kingdom, despite the company hasn’t really showed it in the production version.
The development of a brand new Honda NSX is no longer a surprise as the car manufacturer has already shown a concept car and spy photographers from all over the world have published images with test mules. What comes as a surprise is a new report, published by Car Magazine, which is suggesting that all units of the upcoming model have been sold out in the United Kingdom.
Honda has opened the order books for the new NSX a couple of years ago and 100 clients have deposited 5,000 GBP for the upcoming sports car. The carmaker was promising a vehicle similar to the Audi R8 but with the performances of the Ferrari 458 Italia. Power should be provided by a mid-mounted V6 twin turbo engine, backed up by three electric motors, feeding the SH-AWD (Sport Hybrid Super Handling All Wheel Drive), with one of them being incorporated into the dual clutch transmission, the other two powering the front wheels and the internal combustion unit sending its power to the rear axle. The new NSX will be produced in Ohio, United States, and it should be unveiled at NAIAS, in Detroit, this January.
