Juventus Torino football players have recently received the keys to brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee SUVs, which will be used by the entire team as part of a sponsorship contract.
Together with their coach and the club management staff, the Juventus team members have met a few Fiat employees, who have handed over the keys to a fleet of Jeep Grand Cherokees. The SUVs in question have been finished in Juventus Torino’s color scheme, which means either black or white, and all of them are being powered by a 3.0 liter V6 direct injected turbocharged common rail diesel engine, producing a total output of 247 BHP and mated to a new 8-speed automatic transmission.
The facelifted version of the Jeep Gran Cherokee has been officially unveiled back in January, during the 2013 NAIAS in Detroit. The model in question has received a different front fascia, new LED taillights, modified tailgate, new rear bumper, a new instrument cluster in the cabin with a 7-inch color TFT, a new steering wheel, a new gearshift lever, a 5-inch or an 8.4-inch touch screen display and more. The SRT8 top of the line version comes with 470 HP (350 kW) and 630 Nm (465 lb-ft) of torque from a 6.4L HEMI V8.
