The new generation of the Kia Cee’d has been revealed once again, this time in more official images.
After the South Korean based automaker Kia has presented the first official image with the new generation of the Cee’d just a few days ago, the South Korean model is once again placed into the spotlights after the manufacturer has released more photos of it. The new generation of the Kia Cee’d will be more sophisticated and it will close the gap between this model and its European rivals, like the Volkswagen Golf, coming with some interesting features on the way with a sophisticated look and premium feel.
According to the car manufacturer, the new generation of the Kia Cee’d is adopting the Peter Schreyer design lines of other Kias and the main differences can be spotted on the daytime running lights, chrome trim, badge, front grille and rear end, while the cabin is now more driver-orientated and better quality materials have been used. The engine lineup in the new Kia Cee’d is yet to be confirmed and a hot hatch version, the Procee’d, is expected to come with the same unit as the Hyundai Veloster Turbo, the 1.6 liter with its 200 horsepower. The new Kia Cee’d will be officially presented to the public at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show in March.
