The brand new Kia Pro Cee’g GT has been recently spotted on the streets where it probably was taken for a final testing session, ahead of its market arrival over the following months.
The Kia Pro Cee’d GT has been already unveiled a month ago, with the South Korean based automaker releasing the very first images and details of the hot hatch, but these new photos have managed to capture the model on the streets in what seems to be its home market. The new Kia Pro Cee’G GT is getting an aggressive body kit, LED daytime running lights, red brake calipers, Recaro sport seats and more.
Power to the Kia Pro Cee’d GT will be provided by a 1.6 liter GDI turbocharged engine, which will produce a total output of 201 HP (150 kW) and it will have a peak torque of 265 Nm (195 lb-ft). Power will be sent to the front-wheel drive through a six-speed manual transmission, which will allow the Korean hot hatch to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 7.9 seconds. The Pro Cee’d GT will go on sale in Europe later on this year and it will be assembled in Slovakia, at Zilina.
