The South Korean based automaker Kia has recently announced that the new Rio model has been launched in Italy, in both three and five-door versions, and the starting price for the entry-level has been set at 11,250 euros.
After the three-door Kia Rio has been launched in the UK earlier this year, with a starting price of 9,995 GBP, the equivalent left-hand drive version has been introduced to the Italian market, where the three-door LX, equipped with the 1.2 liter petrol engine, has been priced at 11,250 euros, while the 1.4 CRDI Limited Edition will set back its future customers for 16,470 euros.
According to the car manufacturer, the entry-level LX version is equipped with features like the six airbags, ESP, CD/MP3 player with Auxiliary and USB connections, steering wheel mounted controls, manual air conditioning and trip computer, while the mid-range EX is adding exterior handles and mirrors in body color, a center armrest and a chromed front grille.
Moving on to the EX Plus, future owners of this trim level will get, besides the previous features, leather wrapped steering wheel and gear knob, front fog lights and rear electric windows, while the new Limited Edition is adding, to the three-door version, the 17-inch alloy wheels, light and rain sensors, front and rear LED lights and tinted windows.
