New Mercedes-Benz A-Class was launched in India image

The new generation of the Mercedes-Benz A-Class has been recently launched in India where the model is now available to its future customers starting from RS. 22.73 lakh.

According to the local automotive media, story the new Mercedes-Benz A-Class generation is available in two versions on the Indian subcontinent, ambulance the A 180 Sport, here petrol, and the A 180 CDI Style, diesel. The petrol version of the new A-Class generation is available to its future customers from Rs. 22.73 lakh, while the diesel option will set them back for Rs. 21.93 lakh. The A 180 Sport is offered wit diamond black pattern trim seats, a panoramic sunroof, top stitching, silver finish dials for the instrument cluster and more.

The A 180 CDI Style has sports seats and some other tweaks on top of the petrol version. Standard items include the Eco stop / start function, seven airbags, Attention Assist system, ESP, USB, AUX, Bluetooth and more. Power to the A 180 Sport is being provided by a 1.6 liter petrol engine, which is good for 122 HP, while the diesel version has a 2.2 liter unit under its hood, producing 109 HP. Both units are mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission which is sending power to the front-wheel drive.
