Nissan launches the special edition 370Z GT Edition in the UK, celebrating Nissan’s global success in GT racing and 40 years of Z in the country.
The main features of the Nissan 370Z GT limited edition include special body colors, GT go-faster stripes, darkened 19inch RAYS forged alloy wheels and a few handling and equipment upgrades.
As a reminder, Nissan updated the European market version of the 370Z for 2011 with changes to the suspension, the underbody insulation and to the optional seven-speed automatic transmission that gains a snow mode.
“The 370Z is an iconic sports car and the GT Edition underlines its appeal to enthusiasts everywhere,” said Pierre Loing, Vice President Product Planning, Nissan International SA. “The combination of outstanding performance and the dramatic looks of this very special 370Z more than lives up to the heritage of its illustrious forebear while its strong links to the race track shows its true pedigree.”
Other features on board include a new rear view parking camera along with the Premium Connectsatellite navigation system, tyre pressure monitoring and a snow mode with the seven-speed automatic transmission option.
The 2011 Nissan 370Z GT Edition will be available from select Nissan UK dealers from June 1 with prices starting from £35,000 ($53,240).
