Porsche has recently pulled the wraps off the new Cayenne Turbo S which will start its deliveries in its home market early next year.
According to the German based automaker, store the new Porsche Cayenne Turbo S has been configured for maximum performance and it’s coming with active PASM damping control, unhealthy air suspension, generic PDCC, Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus, electronically controlled rear differential lock and more, including the Sport Chrono package as standard, high gloss black mirror parts and headlight housings and 21-inch 911 Turbo II wheels with colored Porsche badges.
The interior design of the new Porsche Cayenne Turbo S is getting bi-color leather packages in new colors, available in black/luxor beige or black/carrera red color combination and the Carbon interior package is finishing the look. The most important part of the new Cayenne Turbo S, the 4.8 liter V8 engine found under its hood, is producing a total output of 550 HP (405 kW) and 750 Nm of torque, compared to the 500 HP and 700 Nm of torque of the Cayenne Turbo model. This is enough to allow the powerful SUV to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds before reaching a top speed of 284 km/h. Fuel consumption stands at 11.5 liters every 100 km. The new Porsche Cayenne Turbo S will go on sale in January 2013 in Germany for 151,702 euros, VAT included.
