The all-new 2013 Porsche Cayman has recently leaked out ahead of its public debut scheduled for the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show.
After it was announced for the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show and then spied a couple of times, the all-new 2013 Porsche Cayman is ending up in our news once again, this time with the model leaking out ahead of its official presentation scheduled for the North American automotive event. The second generation of the Porsche Cayman is getting a lightweight aluminum body from the Porsche Boxster, and the model is also roomier in the cabin.
The next generation of the Porsche Cayman will also borrow a lot more from the Boxster, including its engine lineup, which will include the 2.7 liter unit with its 217 HP (195 kW) under its hood, along with the more powerful 3.4 liter engine form the S version, generating a total output of 311 HP (232 kW). Unfortunately we don’t have any more details on the 2013 Porsche Cayman but the model will be officially presented to the public today (November 28) at the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show and the first images are expected to hit the web around 10 pm GMT.
