Skoda has announced the introduction of its flagship sedan, in the new generation, on the Romanian auto market.
The new generation of the Skoda Superb is arriving in more and more markets with each passing month and the newest one is Romania. According to the carmaker, the cheapest version of the model starts from 21,333 euros and for the money customers will get the 1.4 liter TSI with 125 HP and 200 Nm of torque. Next in the lineup comes the 1.6 liter TDI, with its 120 HP and 250 Nm of torque, available from 23,331 euros with a manual and 25,083 euros with the DSG. These two variants are on the entry-level Active trim level.
Go for the Ambition and you will pay 24,233 euros for the 1.4L TSI with a manual and 25,983 euros for the same unit with a DSG. The manual 4×4 variant of the engine is available at 25,983 euros. The 1.6L TDI is offered from 25,232 euros for the manual and 26,982 euros for the automatic and it is followed by the 2.0L TDI with 150 HP and 340 Nm of torque from 26,333 euros for the manual, 28,083 euros for the DSG and 28,083 euros for the manual 4×4. The DSG 4×4 costs 31,332 euros in this variant. The Style will add the 1.8L TSI with 180 HP & 320 Nm of torque to the lineup with a manual transmission from 29,132 euros and with the DSG form 30,882 EUR. The 2.0L TSI with 220 HP & 350 Nm of torque is also coming, from 32,382 EUR with a DSG. The 2.0L TDI on the Style, with a 4×4 DSG costs 34,932 EUR. The range-topping Laurin & Klement starts from 38,983 EUR for the 4×4 DSG on the 2.0L TSI and the similar 2.0L TDI will set you back for 37,783 EUR.
