McLaren has released a new teaser image with a track focused supercar which will be officially presented to the public during the 2014 Goodwood Festival of Speed, later on this month.
The British based automaker is planning on taking everyone by surprise with a new track focused model which will be making its public debut later on this month during the 2014 Goodwood Festival of Speed. The vehicle in question has been teased in the image posted above which, as expected, is not revealing too much on the upcoming supercar which will be aimed towards the track.
Rumors are saying that the model in question will actually be the GT3 version of the recently unveiled 650S Coupe which will come with Pirelli tires and a lowered sports suspension system. The supercar will be following its predecessor, the 12C GT3, and it will be much more expensive than the standard version, which can also be driven on the road. Besides being more expensive, the vehicle will also be lighter and more powerful and it will be dropping some of the goodies found in the cabin. Rumors are saying that the McLaren 650S GT3 will cost more than 325,000 GBP.
