The future generation of the Volkswagen Passat CC is now smiling in some new renderings which should light fire to your imagination.
Ever since the new generation of the Volkswagen Passat has been introduced last year, the company’s fans were wondering when the new Passat CC will will hit the market and what it will be like. Unfortunately, the car manufacturer is keeping things on the four-door coupe a secret for the moment but that doesn’t mean that rendering artists cannot go wild with their creations. The two images posted below are renderings which have been signed by X-Tomi Design and they are showing us how the new VW Passat CC may look like, from the front and from the rear, once it will be ready for the market.
The new Volkswagen Passat CC will stand out thanks to the obvious sloping roofline. The model will only be offered in a four-door coupe body style and it will be riding on the same MQB platform as the regular model. This will be influenced by the standard Passat in various chapters which might include the interior design too. As far as the engine lineup goes, this will also be shared with the regular Passat and it might include the 125 HP 1.4 liter TSI, the 180 HP or 280 HP 2.0 liter TSI or the GTE plug-in hybrid. The diesel lineup is said to include the 1.6 TDI with 120 HP and 150 HP and the 2.0 TDI with 190 HP and 240 HP.
