VW Golf GTI Concept going to Geneva

The Volkswagen Golf 7 GTI Concept will be brought to this edition of the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, in March.

The German based automaker Volkswagen has recently announced its plans to introduce the Golf 7 GTI Concept during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, next month.. The images posted below have been found on the official website of the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, where the VW Golf 7 GTI will be officially presented to the public next month. The model in question is actually a concept but the final production version is expected to be identical.

The typical GTI cues can be seen all over its body and in the cabin too, where the trademark tartan upholstery is found. The most important part of the brand new Volkswagen Golf 7 GTI is found under its hood, where the 2.0 liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine is resting. The unit is expected to produce a total output of 230 HP, mated to a DSG transmission. Additional details on the 2014 Volkswagen Golf 7 GTI are limited for the moment and will be announced next month, during the Swiss automotive event.
