The Japanese based automaker Nissan has recently announced the official starting price for the all-new 2013 Altima, during the New York Auto Show, which has been set at $21,500.
After starting its life with a few teaser images, the all-new 2013 Nissan Altima has been finally presented to the public during the 2012 New York Auto Show, where the company did more than pulling the wraps off of it. According to the car manufacturer, the 2013 Nissan Altima will have a starting price of 21,500 USD for the entry-level, while the top of the line version 3.5 SL CVT will start at 30,080 USD.
Under the hood, the sixth generation of the Nissan Altima is coming with the same engine lineup as its predecessor, including the 2.5 liter DOHC inline four-cylinder engine, which is generating 182 horsepower and it’s able to return an average of 38 mpg. The top of the line version is the 3.5 liter V6 engine with its 270 horsepower sent to the wheels through a CVT.
The 2013 Nissan Altima will arrive in the US dealerships this summer and deliveries will start right after. The fifth generation of the Altima was the second best-selling car in the United States and the 2013 model year will have to do even better.
