The 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage, in the U.S. version, has been officially presented to the public during the 2013 New York Auto Show.
The new Mitsubishi Mirage is getting ready to go on sale later on this year but the small-sized hatchback doesn’t have a revolutionary styling for the 2014 model year. The vehicle can get an optional design package, which is adding the revised bumpers and extended side skirts, if its future customers want something different. The cabin of the model can get piano black trim, a split folding rear seat, three-spoke steering wheel, power windows, automatic climate control and a four-speaker audio system, amongst others.
The 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage ES is adding items such as the Bluetooth, cruise control, multi-function steering wheel, upgraded upholstery, leather-wrapped steering wheel, silver trim and more. Power to the 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage is being provided by a 1.2 liter three-cylinder engine, which is producing a total output of 74 BHP (55 kW) and 100 Nm of torque (74 lb-ft), mated to a five-speed manual or to a CVT. The fuel consumption stands at 37 / 44 / 40 mpg (US) in city / highway / combined. Pricing details will be announced close to its launch.
