Porsche has brought the 2014 911 GT3 to the 2013 New York Auto Show, where the official starting price of the sports car has been recently announced.
After it was officially presented to the public in a world premiere just a few weeks ago, during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, the brand new 2014 Porsche 911 GT3 is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the carmaker bringing it to the 2013 New York Auto Show, where it made its U.S. debut. Porsche says that the starting price of the 2014 911 GT3 has been set at 130,400 USD, without te 950 USD destination charge.
The 2014 Porsche 911 GT3 is coming with a more aggressive front fascia, with widened rear fenders, bigger side skirts, fixed rear wing, new rear bumper, optional LED headlights, 29-inch forged alloy wheels and center-mounted exhaust system. Power to the model is being provided by a 3.8 liter six-cylinder engine, which is good for 475 HP (349 kW) and 438 Nm of torque (324 lb-ft), sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed dual clutch transmission. The 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) acceleration is done in 3.5 seconds and top speed stands at 315 km/h (195 mph).
