Scion has recently pulled the wraps off its latest creation, the 2014 tC, in a premiere, during the 2013 New York Auto Show.
The 2014 Scion tC is coming with a new hood, new headlights, revised grille with LED accent lighting, LED taillights, a center-mounted lower reflector, a new rear bumper with black valance and some other tweaks which will help it stand out in a crowd. Changes in the cabin are limited and they include the “Standard Display Audio” system with a 6.1-inch touch screen display, the optional BeSpoke Premium Audio system with GPS navigation or the new seat upholstery, amongst others.
The upgraded 2014 Scion tC is also benefiting from the optimized electronic power steering or the retuned suspension with new stabilizer and revised shock absorbers. The 2014 Scion tC is powered by a 2.5 liter four-cylinder engine, which is producing a total output of 179 BHP (133 kW), mated to either a six-speed manual or an upgraded six-speed automatic. The model will arrive in the company’s dealers this June. Additional details on it, including its pricing, are limited for the moment, and will be announced close to its launch.
