The all-new BMW M6 Coupe and M6 Convertible have recently made their American debut at the 2012 New York Auto Show, where the automaker has also announced the price list for the two versions.
After being officially revealed in February this year, the all-new BMW M6 Coupe and BMW M6 Convertible have been placed into the spotlights once again, during the 2012 New York Auto Show, where the company has announced their starting prices. According to the German based car manufacturer, the new BMW M6 Coupe will be available for its future customers, over-seas, from 106,995 USD, in late summer when it will hit the showrooms, and the BMW M6 Convertible will start at 113,995 USD and the model will become available in June.
As a small reminder, both the BMW M6 Coupe and BMW M6 Convertible are being powered by the same 4.4 liter twin turbocharged V8 engine, which is developing a total output of 560 horsepower, mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The M6 Coupe can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 4.2 seconds and the M6 Convertible in 4.3 seconds. With the optional M Driver’s Package, the new M6 can reach a top speed of 189 mph and “just” 155 mph without it. More details on the two models for the American market will be announced close to their launch.
