The future generation of the Dacia Sandero is getting ready to hit the market and the model has been recently previewed, ahead of its official debut at the 2012 Paris Motor Show.
With the Dacia Sandero being spied a couple of times in the last month and everyone wondering what the final version will look like, the guys at autobild.de have answered this question, with a series of photos revealing the model’s lines. According to our source, the future generation of the Dacia Sandero will be made on a new platform but, even so, the model will keep its dimensions. Renault will still provide the engines for the next-gen Dacia Sandero and the lineup will include three petrol engines, with outputs ranging from 75 HP to 115 HP, and two diesel units, with 75 HP and 90 HP.
As a quick reminder, the Dacia Sandero has been in production since 2007 and the model is being assembled in Romania, Brazil, Colombia, Morocco, Russia and South Africa. The Dacia Sandero is based on the same platform as the Logan and the model is being offered in a five-door body style, with a choice of six engines and two transmissions. The Sandero is 4,020 mm long, 1,746 mm wide and 1,534 mm tall, with a curb weight of 1,025 kg.
