The new generation of the Mercedes-Benz C-Class has been spied once again while it was being tested on a public road.
The German based automaker Mercedes-Benz is currently working on several new models. One of these will be the next generation of the C-Class, which was recently caught on camera by our spy photographers, while it was being tested on a public road. The model in question is wrapped in camouflage but even so we can see its lines. The new C-Class generation is said to grow in size in order to make room for the brand new CLA, the A-Class based four-door coupe.
The front grille of the car and the headlights will be modified in order to look more like the ones found on the A-Class and the CLA and the engine lineup is expected to include new three-cylinder and four-cylinder units. Large V6s and even V8s are also expected to make their way under the hood of the 2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class. The 4.0L V8, with 456 HP (340 kW), will be used in the AMG version. Hybrid variants of the car will become available too. Additional details on the new C-Class generation are limited for the moment.
