Nissan has recently unveiled its latest creation, the Extrem Concept, during the 2012 Sao Paulo Motor Show in Brazil.
After starting its life as a simple teaser image a couple of months ago, the Nissan Extrem Concept has been finally presented to the public during the 2012 Sao Paulo Motor Show in Brazil. According to the Japanese based automaker, the Nissan Extrem Concept is getting a Solar Cortex exterior, a prominent grille, wraparound windscreen, LED lighting units, a center-mounted exhaust system and 19-inch alloy wheels. The model is 3,850 mm long, 1,765 mm wide and 1,530 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2,450 mm.
Nissan didn’t release any official images with the concept car but the model is should have a 2+2 seating arrangement, a removable cargo bin and a dedicated luggage space. The Nissan Extrem Concept is being powered by a 1.6 liter petrol engine which is producing a total output of 188 BHP (140 kW) and 240 Nm of torque (177 lb-ft), which will be sent to either the front-wheel drive or the all-wheel drive. No immediate plans for a production model have been announced yet but we might see a final version of the Extrem Concept in the future.
