The Japanese based automaker Nissan has recently announced some updates for the GT-R, which will hit the market soon.
According to the car manufacturer, the 2014 Nissan GT-R is now coming with high-output injectors, with a new relief valve for the turbocharger, helping it to sustain response, a new oil pan baffle and some other minor tweaks which are helping the 3.8 liter twin turbocharged V6 engine to prouce a total output of 550 PS. The 2014 Nissan GT-R is now able to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 2.7 seconds, which is actually 0.1 seconds quicker than the previous version.
Nissan says that the updated GT-R is also faster around the Nurburging. Besides the modifications mentioned above, the 2014 Nissan GT-R is also getting some tweaks to the front anti-roll bar, to the springs and dampers and the result is an increased stability, a more refined ride and an improved traction. Body reinforcements have also been added to the dash panel bar and the rigidity was increased. The 2014 Nissan GT-R is already available for order, as the car manufacturer is saying, but the official press release isn’t saying anything about the sports car’s price.
