The Asian automotive media is currently reporting the introduction of the N-Attack Package for the Nissan GT-R Nismo, at the 2015 Tokyo Auto Salon.

In case you have all for the 2015 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit these past few days, you should also know that the 2015 Tokyo Auto Salon is taking place as we speak and the newest “thing” to come out of it is the N-Attack Package, which is aimed towards the Nissan GT-R Nismo. This is offering some improvements to the sports car which managed to lap the Ring in just 7:08.679 and the N-Attack name actually stands for Nurburgring Attack.

According to the guys from Indian Autos Blog, the package is basically adding features such as the stabilizer bar, the Ohlins adjustable dampers, the front limited slip differential, the carbon plate rear limited slip differential, the new engine control unit, the carbon fiber engine hood, front fenders and rear wing and the traction control unit, amongst others, which should make the sports car even more appealing to its fans.

In case you were waiting for some performance upgrades under the hood, forget about it, because you will still be getting the 3.8 liter V6 twin turbo engine to power the all-wheel drive system, which is capable of producing no less than 600 HP (447 kW) and 651 Nm (481 lb-ft) of torque. The unit is connected to the wheels through a 6-speed sequential transmission. No pricing details for the package have been announced yet.
