The Japanese based automaker Nissan is planning to offer its upcoming GT-R Nismo with a total output which can exceed 570 BHP.
After the announcement regarding the development of two new Nismo models in the nearby future was made just a few days ago, one of those models, the Nissan GT-R Nismo, is now being placed into the spotlights, this time by a rumor, which is saying that the final production version of the model will get more than 570 BHP under its hood. The announcement has been made by Top Gear, after a so-called “spokesman” has told them a few details on the model.
According to our source, the final production version of the Nissan GT-R Nismo will get more than 570 BHP (425 kW), which represents 25 BHP (18 kW) more than what the standard model has to offer. The sports car is expected to lap the Ring in less than 7 minutes and 18 seconds and it should make its way onto the market in the second half of next year. Besides the GT-R Nismo, Nissan is planning to develop yet another Nismo model, the Juke Nismo RS. The Almera Nismo Performance Concept was also recently unveiled and it’s previewing a future production car.
