The Nissan Juke Nismo RS has been introduced recently to the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show, as the model will hit dealerships in early 2014.
The brand new Nissan Juke Nismo RS has received a new front fascia, a new grille, a thin strip of LED accent lights, an improved air flow, 18-inch alloy wheels wrapped in ContiSportContact5 summer tires measuring 255/45 and much more. The model in question will become available with Recaro front seats, an Alcantara wrapped steering wheel and three exterior finishes, the Sapphire Black, the Pearl White or the Brilliant Silver. There will also be an optional package available for the model, the Navigation Package, which will add the rearview monitor, the voice recognition, NavTraffic, USB, NissanConnect and 5.8-inch display.
Power to the new Nissan Juke Nismo RS will be provided by the same 1.6 liter DOHC inline four-cylinder engine, which has been upgraded by remapping the ECU and updating the exhaust system and it’s now producing a total output of 215 HP (160 kW) at 6,000 rpm and it has a peak torque of 284 Nm (210 lb-ft), available between 3,600 rpm and 4,800 rpm. Power will be sent to the FWD system with the 6-speed manual transmission or to the AWD system with an Xtronic CVT. No pricing details have been announced yet.
