Nissan Leaf gets updated by Nismo image

Nismo has officially presented a new tuning program for the Nissan Leaf, which is adding some interesting features to the model.

The greenest ever Nissan model, the Leaf, is getting more and more interesting by the year and the newest upgrades applied on to the electric car are signed by Nismo, Nissan’s in-house tuner. According to the guys at Nismo, the Nissan Leaf in question has been fitted with a new aerodynamic body kit, which has added the new front and rear bumper, the upgraded side skirts and the spoiler extensions. These are available from fiber reinforced plastic or carbon fiber and they will set you back for 543,900 Yen.

The exterior changes aren’t stopping here and the Nissan Leaf can also receive carbon fiber pillar trim, carbon fiber mirror caps and a new fresh set of 18-inch aluminum wheels. Nismo has fitted the Nissan Leaf with a sports suspension package too, which is adding springs and dampers able to reduce the ride height by 30 mm, promising to improve the stability and handling of the car. The aluminum Nismo badges, along with the floor mats with red contrast stitching, can also be ordered by customers.
