Australians looking into a hybrid SUV will be getting the possibility of ordering the Nissan Pathfinder Hybrid, as the model in question will be arriving in the Pacific country later on this month. According to the local automotive media, the model in question will be offered in three trim levels and the entry-level ST 2WD will be priced from 42,990 AUD, being followed by the ST-L 4WD, from 57,490 AUD and by the Ti top of the line, costing 68,090 AUD.
All versions of the Nissan Pathfinder Hybrid are being powered by the same 2.5 liter supercharged four-cylinder petrol burner which is being backed up by a 15 kW electric motor. The total output produced by the assembly stands at 188 kW, 2 kW less than the petrol V6, while the peak torque stands at 330 Nm. Power is being sent to the wheels through a CVT.
