Nissan plans to recall 204,361 vehicles.

Today, in a notice to the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, Nissan Motor Co LTD announced that plans to recall 204,361 cars build between 2007 and 2008 because a sensor on the airbag system - passenger side airbag could fail to deploy properly in an accident.

One some of those cars, a sensor could fail to receive a proper signal and a supplemental airbag warning light could flash and a status light would illuminate to warn the driver that it is not working properly.

Nissan knows the problem after in November 2007 they receive several warranty reports of airbag warning lamps flashing. After this Nissan determined that, there is a design problem on the passenger airbag sensor and it should conduct a recall.

The cars who will be involved in the recall process will be 350Z, Infiniti G35 Sedan, G37 Coupe, EX35, Altima, Altima Coupe, Murano Rogue
