Nissan Sentra Nismo Concept arrives in L.A. image

The Nissan Sentra Nismo Concept has been officially presented to the public during the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show.

Nismo is planning to expand its lineup and after offering its own touch to models like the 370Z, the Juke or the GT-R, time has come to meet the Sentra Nismo Concept, which was recently unveiled at the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show. The model in question is getting a Nismo tuned suspension system red Brembo brake calipers, a rear diffuser coming from the 370Z and a race inspired overall exterior design.

The cabin of the new Nissan Sentra Nismo Concept has received Recaro Sportster front seats, finished in black leather with some Alcantara inserts, a Nismo steering wheel, wrapped in leather and Alcantara, a satin carbon finish for the instrument cluster, a shift knob in the same trim as the steering wheel and some other tweaks.

Power to the new Nissan Sentra Nismo Concept is being provided by a 1.8 liter direct injected turbocharged gasoline unit. The total output produced by the engine stands at 240 HP (179 kW) and 240 lb-ft (325 Nm) of torque. The unit ism mated to a 6-speed manual transmission and a limited slip differential, sending power to the front-wheel drive. The Sentra Nismo is riding on 19-inch alloy wheels, wrapped in Michelin Super Sport performance tires.
