Nissan has recently announced the arrival of the Sunny CVT in India, where the model is now available to its future customers from Rs. 8.49 lakhs.
Bookings for the Nissan Sunny CVT have already started in India where the model has been recently launched. The Nissan Sunny CVT is available with the Xtronic CVT (continuously variable transmission), in the mid-spec XL version. The model is powered by a 1.5 liter petrol unit, which is producing a total output of 101 BHP, which is actually 2 BHP more than the manual version, which is already sold in the Asian country.
The equipment list for the Nissan Sunny CVT includes the multi-function steering wheel with audio controls, the keyless entry, keyless go, double DIN music system with AUX input, power windows and more. The model weighs 18 kg more than the manual variant and its fuel economy stands at 17.97 km/L. The CVT transmission was first offered in the Renault Scala. Prices for the Sunny CVT have been set at Rs. 8.49 lakhs and the model is already available for order in India.
