Nissan Sylphy facelift launched in Malaysia image

The Japanese based automaker Nissan has recently announced that the Sylphy facelift has beeen launched in Malaysia, bringing with it a number of extra features to the overall package.

According to the car manufacturer, the 2012 Nissan Sylphy will be available in two trim levels, the 2.0XL and the 2.0 XV, in order to suit different needs and budgets of its future customers. The facelifted model will also be available in five color choices, the Brilliant White, Twilight Grey, Sapphire Black, Tungsten Silver and Bronze Gold, along with the overall design which is maintained and the new front and rear bumpers, new chrome grille and revised taillamps.

“We are confident that the new 2012 Sylphy will win over more Malaysians, especially young executives who are looking for a refined sedan with best value for money”, said the executive director of Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM), Ang Bon Beng.

The 2012 Nissan Sylphy is powered by a 2.0 liter four-cylinder DOHC 16-valve engine, with Drive-by-Wire technology, electronic fuel injection system and continuously variable valve timing control (CVTC), which is developing a total output of 133 BHP and it has a peak torque of 191 Nm. The prices for the 2012 Nissan Sylphy start at RM114,880 (USD47,583) for the 2.0XL and RM124,880 for the 2.0XV.
