Nissan today announced it maintained its market share of 3.9 percent in January 2013, selling 47,449 units during the month versus 55,098 units in January 2012. Although Nissan's overall market share in Europe remained stable last month, in Russia, Spain and the UK the carmaker posted a market share of well over 5 percent as it has a strong manufacturing footprint in those countries.
