It may have been shown just a little bit too late but that doesn’t mean that we cannot enjoy it!
This is the first time when Oakley Design is working on a Bugatti Veyron. The tuning company has added a lot of aftermarket goodies to the iconic model and the most noticeable ones include the new two-tone paintjob, with a predominant yellow and exposed carbon fiber parts, the 10-spoke wheels with a glossy finish covering the yellow brake calipers, a new body kit adding the splitter, rear diffuser and side skirts and several other goodies which should make it even hotter. Oakley Design will also tune the engine and the figures should match the ones of the Super Sport, so expect some whopping performance.
Unfortunately, if you happen to be one of the few lucky owners of a Bugatti Veyron and you are interested in these modifications, you should know that the tuning company hasn’t provided any pricing details, but don’t expect them to be cheap, since we are still talking about a 1m+ EUR hypercar. Meanwhile, we will remind you that Bugatti has pulled the plug on the Veyron this year and the final version, called the Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse La Finale, has been shown at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. The Veyron has been in production since 2005 and it had a longitudinal mid-engine and permanent all-wheel drive layout, getting an 8.0 liter W16 quad turbocharged engine in various outputs. The iconic vehicle will be replaced soon by the Chiron.
