A one-off SLK 55 AMG created by the AMG Performance Studio has been recently unveiled by the German based automaker Mercedes-Benz.
Mercedes’ newest creation is actually a one-off version of the SLK 55 AMG which has been signed by the AMG Performance Studio. The model in question is coming with a matte black exterior design, with two-tone alloy wheels and with a matte black four tailpipe exhaust system. The biggest changes can be found in the cabin, where the standard seats have been replaced by the designo red pepper leather ones, from the SLS AMG.
The interior design is also getting the carbon fiber trim, the two-tone steering wheel, the Nappa / Alcantara gear knob, the matching floor mats, the red contrast stitching and several other tweaks to help it stand out from a crowd. As you probably already know by now, the Mercedes SLK 55 AMG is taking its power from a 5.5 liter V8 naturally aspirated engine, which is producing a total output of 422 HP (310 kW) and 540 Nm (398 lb-ft) of torque. The 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) acceleration takes 4.6 seconds and top speed stands at 250 km/h (155 mph), electronically limited.
