The official starting price of the all-new Opel Adam in Italy has been recently announced by the carmaker.
Italians are getting ready to receive the smallest model in Opel’s lineup, the Adam, and after the model has been launched in several markets across the Old Continent, including the United Kingdom, where it’s going on sale as a Vauxhall, the model is entering our news once again, this time with the carmaker announcing its official starting price in Italy. According to the German based automaker, people living in the peninsula will have to pay a base price of 11,750 euros before getting their hands on the brand new Opel Adam.
The regular version of the Opel Adam with three petrol efficient engines, at the beginning, the 1.2 liter with 70 HP, the 1.4 liter with 87 HP and the 1.4 liter with 100 HP, mated to a five-speed manual transmission. All units will get the ecoFLEX technology package and the start/stop system which is helping cut down CO2 emissions and improve fuel consumption. The Opel Adam will eventually receive a whole new engine lineup specially made for it, with turbochargers and direct injections, mate to new six-speed manual transmissions. The new 1.0 liter turbocharged unit will also become available on the Adam eventually. More details on the Adam will be announced close to its launch.
