The German based automaker Opel is planning to put the Adam Rocks Concept into production and the model should hit the market sometimes next year.
After it was officially presented to the public during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show a couple of days ago, the brand new Opel Adam Rocks Concept is ending up in our news once again, this time with an announcement, which says that the model will enter production next year. The Opel Adam Rocks Concept may have an SUV-like design but the final production version of the model will hit the market as a convertible version of the regular Adam.
Opel says that the sliding roof found on the Adam Rocks only rolls back as far as the hatchback and this means that the luggage space or rear visibility won’t be compromised. The Adam Rocks, in its final production version, will get the IntelliLink infotainment system with a weather application, LED headlights and more. The engine lineup should be carried over from the regular version of the model. The Opel Adam Rocks will be a direct rival for the Citroen DS3 and the Fiat 500C.
