Opel has recently announced the official price list for the Adam S in Germany, where the model in question will start from 18,690 euros.
The sportiest model from the Adam range has been recently priced by Opel from 18,690 euros, on its home market. The model is coming with a specially tuned performance chassis, with performance steering, an upgraded exterior design, chrome plated tailpipe, side sill moldings, front lip spoiler, sport pedals in the cabin, optional Recaro sport seats, 18-inch Typhoon alloy wheels covering the red brake calipers and several other tweaks.
The Opel Adam S has a 1.4 liter turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine under its hood, which is producing a total output of 148 HP and it has a peak torque of 220 Nm (162 lb-ft), available between 2,750 rpm and 4,500 rpm. The unit is connected to a 6-speed manual transmission which is allowing the small car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 8.5 seconds and to reach a top speed of 210 km/h (130 mph). The average fuel consumption in the car stands at 5.9 L / 100 km. The Opel Adam S will be arriving in European dealerships in early 2015.
