The German based automaker Opel has recently released a new teaser image with the brand new Monza Concept, which will be officially unveiled next month, during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.
Opel’s latest creation is named the Monza and this is a concept car which will make its public debut on the 10th of September, during the Frankfurt Motor Show. The model in question is getting a new design philosophy, named the Sculptural Artistry meets German Precision and this is said to previous the future lines of Opel’s upcoming cars.
“The Monza Concept is our vision of Opel’s future in pure form,” says Opel CEO Dr. Karl-Thomas Neumann. “It also continues a long Opel tradition of presenting ground-breaking concept cars at the IAA. After all, Opel was the first carmaker in Europe that built a study and presented it to the public at the IAA in 1965.”
The Opel Monza looks menacing and this styling may help the carmaker bring back to life some of its important nameplates, which have been lost in time, like the Calibra or the Monza, but the carmaker didn’t announce its plans to put the concept car into production just yet. In fact we have no other details on the Monza Concept for the moment and we expected the model to go official on the 10th of September, during the German automotive event.
