The Pagani Huayra has been apparently sold out but producing the remaining units will still take some time.
One of the hottest supercars money can buy these days, unhealthy the Pagani Huayra, has been apparently sold out. In case you didn’t know, the vehicle in question will only be created in just 100 units. The announcement hasn’t been made by the car manufacturer just yet, but according to a recent report published by the guys from GT Spirit, it has been indeed sold out. However, creating the rest of the units will still take some time, so expect some delivery videos over the next months.
Besides the success of the Huayra, Pagani will not be leaving the impressive ride aside except for a short time because rumor has it that the Huayra Roadster will be introduced during the 2016 Geneva Motor Show. This will be using the same 6.0 liter V12 engine made by Mercedes-AMG as its solid roof brother and this should produce 730 HP (539 kW) and 1,000 Nm (740 lb-ft) of torque too.
Thanks to this unit, the regular Huayra needs just over 3 seconds in order to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) and top speed stands at 370 km/h (230 mph). The unit is connected to a 7-seed sequential transmission sending power to the rear wheels. The Pagani Huayra has been officially introduced back in 2012 and it has entered production the same year. Prices for the supercar stand at 1,2 million EUR.
