The impressive Pagani Huayra will soon receive another body style, as the company is planning to introduce a Huayra Roadster.
The Pagani Huayra is getting ready to receive another body style soon, in the form of the convertible, which has been recently announced. According to the guys at Autoblog, the company’s spokesman, Luca Venturi, has recently confirmed the development of the Pagani Huayra Roadster. The supercar will be heavily influenced by the coupe and this basically means the same engine, which is a 6,0 liter AMG V12 rear mid-mounted, producing a total output of 730 HP (539 kW) and 1,000 Nm (740 lb-ft) of torque.
The 0 to 100 km/h sprint takes just 3 seconds in the Pagani Huayra and top speed of the model stands at an impressive 372 km/h (231 mph). Chances are these figures will slightly change once the Huayra Roadster will become available for order. As far as the transmission goes, the same 7-speed sequential, with a single disc clutch, will be used, while the braking system will be assured by Brembo. More details on the Pagani Huayra Roadster remain unknown for the moment but the report is saying that this will be unveiled over the next two years.
