The impressive Pagani Huayra will star in the new Transformers 4 movie, which will hit the cinemas on the 27th of June, 2014.
The announcement has been made by Michael Bay, who said on his personal blog that an official name for the new movie hasn’t been established yet. The Pagani Huayra will join an impressive car list in Transformers 4, like the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse, the brand new Chevroelt Corvette Stingray or a Chevrolet Camaro SS from 1967 and a Chevy Sonic RS or a new Western Star. The cast list is long and it includes actors like Mark Wahlberg, Nicola Peltz, Jack Reynor, Stanley Tucci and others.
As a quick reminder, he Pagani Huayra is powered by a Mercedes-Benz AMG V12 engine with dual turbochargers, which is producing a total output of 700 HP, with a peak torque of 1,000 Nm (740 lb-ft). The Italian supercar can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 3.5 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 370 km/h (230 mph). The Pagani Huayra is capable of withstanding 1.5G of lateral acceleration and its engine is mated to a seven-speed sequential transmission. The supercar is priced at 1,150,000 USD and it has been in production since 2011.
