The Italian exotic manufacturer has recently unveiled a teaser picture with the upcoming hot version of the Huayra, which is displayed here in an intricate camouflage pattern.
The teaser itself came courtesy of social media, where Pagani released it associated with the hashtag “huayrabc” – which is a pretty obvious indication the final product will be named the Huayra BC. We’re still unsure of the meaning of the “BC” moniker – though we’re pretty sure we’ll have the mystery solved by the time the Geneva Motor Show in early March kicks in, where the model should accomplish its official worldwide public debut. The advanced version of the astonishing Huayra has been already caught by the preying eye of the spy photographers while undergoing the mandatory testing procedures, and so far the rumor mill points to a usual exclusive run of just 20 units that will set back the eager customers a cool $2.7 million.
As much as the image wants the car to be shrouded in mystery, we can still see the body will have aerodynamic enhancements through the use of a new kit that will also improve aggressiveness – we can already depict the massive wing and the larger rear diffuser. Motivations should come courtesy of an enhanced version of the AMG biturbo 6.0-liter V12 engine that usually delivers 730 horsepower and 738 pound-feet of torque – good for a standard 60 mph sprint in 3.3 seconds and a 230 mph (370 km/h) maximum speed. We’re also rooting for the rumored weight loss program through the use of lighter carbon fiber here and there, so themodel should tip the scales below the current 3,064 lbs (1,390 kg).
