Pagani is planning to end the production of the Zonda with a new supercar, named the Pagani Zonda 764 Passione.
The car manufacturer has announced several times over the years that it will finally drop the production of the Zonda supercar and even after the Huayra has been officially presented to the public and offered for sale, the company still can’t let the Zonda go. According to the carmaker, the Pagani Zonda will get one last special edition, named the Pagani Zonda 764 Passione, which should make its way onto the market in the nearby future.
According to the guys at GT Spirit, the Pagani Zonda 764 Passione will get an AMG engine, in the shape of the 7.3 liter unit which will produce a total output of 760 horsepower (566 kW), which means 20 HP (15 kW) more than the Pagani Zonda R and 90 HP (67 kW) more than the Pagani Zonda Cinque. Rumors are saying that the impressive AMG engine will be mated to a manual transmission. Unfortunately we don’t have any more details on the Pagani Zonda 764 Passione for the moment but we will keep you updated on the subject.
